As a boutique strategic advisory firm, we have a proven track record of providing innovative and disruptive diversity and inclusion strategies for C-suite executives. Our President & CEO, Carra Wallace, leads the charge in developing and executing strategic initiatives to ensure diverse-owned asset management firms gain fair access to greater institutional capital. This includes managing key account relationships, delivering subject matter expertise on MWBE inclusion strategies, and advising on advancing and implementing innovative solutions.
Carra Wallace has a notable background, having partnered with Earvin "Magic" Johnson's EquiTrust Life Insurance Company and Carver Federal Bank Fund as the president of MBE Capital Partners. This collaboration resulted in funding more than 37,000 PPP loans totaling over $880 million, directly impacting small minority- and women-owned businesses in underserved communities.
